The Farm

Greenfields is the home of Rip Van Winkle Farm. We raise lamb for meat and for breeding stock using management intensive grazing practices. The sheep are the backbone of the entire estate. Grazing improves soil health, maintains farmland, and increases ecosystem resilience. Not to mention the fertilizer they provide for all of the food grown in the garden!
