Supper Club

The Greenfields Supper Clubs combine a typical farm dinner, a supper club from the upper midwest (our native land), and a tasting menu at an elegant restaurant.

Each month we open the farm for a supper club. In good weather the evening starts with a tour to talk about what we are growing and harvesting at that time. The tour is followed by canapés and cocktails as we continue our conversation. Once you are seated, the midwestern relish tray of our farm pickles, sausages, and cheese spreads (we do dairy free too!) marks the beginning of our 8-10 course tasting menu. Examples of our cooking can be found here and previous event menus can be found here.

More Information

Depending on the number of reservations, Supper Club will be held in the ballroom (individual tables) or the dining room (communal). Limited kitchen counter seating is also available on comfortable counter-height stools if you prefer to be in the mix. In true Supper Club tradition, the portions are larger than they should be for a tasting menu, so please bring your appetite!

Menus are written one month ahead and are based on the produce we expect will be available, but they are subject to change in order to use the freshest, most delicious ingredients. Please reach out to us to talk about any dietary restrictions or preferences, we will do our best to accommodate!
